Research of the Efficiency of Interaction with Stakeholders in Creative Projects (on the Case of the Media-Novator Advertising Agency Project)

The study is devoted to the problem of stakeholder interaction in a creative project based on the example of an advertising agency. The purpose of the work is to investigate the interaction of the team members of advertising projects with stakeholders and to develop a project that will improve the organization of interaction using elements of flexible methodologies in the specifics of creative projects. To collect information, the following research methods were applied: statistical analysis, management analysis and interviewing of experts engaged in the implementation of creative projects. A stakeholder interview was also conducted, the purpose of which is to identify the relationship and level of interaction between the project team and stakeholders. Based on the data obtained, was developed a project to improve the interaction processes in creative projects. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were proposed for the implementation of the developed project in an advertising agency, economic effectiveness of it was also justified.
