Scenario Analysis of Real Estate Market of Yaroslavl Region

This research is focused on scenario analysis in the real estate market of Yaroslavl region. It consists of 3 parts: in the first chapter was observed the scientific approaches to scenario planning and its place in strategic planning, and also features of the real estate market are described. The second chapter includes scenario analysis of the real estate market, describes three possible scenarios: the most probable, optimistic and pessimistic. The third part provides recommendations for the organization of further development companies' activities in the real estate market in accordance with each of the scenarios. Also research includes a case study on the redevelopment of the industrial territory in Yaroslavl. Taking into account the described scenarios, and additional characteristics of this project, recommendations on the redevelopment strategy for the developer was updated
