Electronic Document Storage Information System Design Methodology

The need for an electronic archive of the organization was proven in this work. It is necessary for systematization of information in the archive. After evaluation of the existing software solutions, it was concluded to use the program «1s:dokumentooborot». The project of an electronic filing system has been developed to realize an electronic archive of the organization. The existing methods for designing information systems have been considered in this exercise. The analysis revealed the lack of an information system appropriate for an electronic storage taking into account an electronic archive. Therefore the existing methods for designing information systems have been modified based on features of requirements to electronic archives. Thus, the updated design method of an electronic filing system has been offered.
