The Capitals Transfers in the Context of the Political Regimes Transformation: Analysis of the World Practices

The study deals with the problem of capitals transfers in the second half of the twentieth century. In this paper an attempt is made to know how the related process of capital transfer with the transformation of the political regime. Comparative case studies of postcolonial states shows the General causes and consequences of such projects. Each case was analyzed due to the economic (economic stability, economic freedom, demographic characteristics) and political criteria (stability of the regime (including the conflicts both external and internal), place in the rating of democracy/authoritarianism). In the theoretical part of the work is determined by the conceptualization of capital and its basic functions. The second stage of the analysis provided for the evaluation the indices of the indicators of political consequences and helped to reveal the political consequences transfers of the capitals.
