Estimation of the Economic Effect of «Sberbank Business Online» Platform Modernization

Сurrent results of the platform "Sberbank Business Online" in the Perm Territory are analyzed in the process of this work. Also the predictive economic benefit from the introduction of new digital services in the platform was calculated. So, as a result of the work carried out, unrealized assets of PJSC "Sberbank" were revealed, which can be directed to the development of the platform or the bank as a whole. The result of the work was the identification of a problem, by which the bank can not get the maximum benefit from using new services in the platform, by which the bank can not get the maximum benefit from using new services in the platform, by which the bank can not get the maximum benefit from using new services in the platform. Therefore, we proposed the ways to solve this problem.
