The aim of this research is to develop a business model for an IT-startup “Walk safe in Perm”. The research is divided into 3 sections: in the first section a comparative analysis of business modelling approaches and economic evaluation methods is carried out, as well as an overview of project efficiency criteria and monetization models. The next section presents the results of market analysis including a brief review of competitors’ applications’ features, target audience analysis, market volume assessment and marketing activities description. The third chapter shows the processes of creating the business-model and performing economic evaluation of the project. The research contains 69 pages including 3 appendixes, 10 tables and 1 illustration.
