Development of Activities on Increase Customer Satisfaction in Creative Spaces

The work is devoted to the study of the event sphere from the point of view of management of event projects, relation of creative spaces to this sphere, as well as analysis of customer dissatisfaction. The aim of the work is to develop of activities on increase customers satisfaction in creative spaces. The first chapter examines Russian and foreign scientific works that reveal the specifics of project management in the event field and provides a definition of the concept of creative spaces. The issue of the importance of stakeholders in the implementation of the project and the competencies that they must possess is also touched upon. In the theoretical part of the work a study of the dissatisfaction of clients of creative spaces with the help of questionnaires, interviews and observations is conducted, which showed their main problems are related not only to the difficulties of organizing events in terms of saving and with coordinating the participants of the event, but also to interacting with managers as additional services, and creative spaces. As a result, in the third chapter, measures and tools were developed that solve the problems of both clients (event organizers) and managers of creative spaces.
