Student: Samsonova Natalia

Faculty: Graduate School of Business

Educational Programme: Project Management: Project Analysis, Investments, Implementation Technology (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2018

The paper considers the growth of Russia in the Doing Business rating from the project point of view. In particular, it is assumed that the rating indicators are not equal, and some indicators can be identified that will lead to faster growth than others. In order to determine them, regression analysis is used. In addition, the assumption that this hypothesis is valid for both the Doing Business 2017 and Doing Business 2018 rankings is checked. Then the selected group of indicators is evaluated in terms of the effectiveness of the "road maps" - projects created to improve them, and recommendations are made to work with the portfolio of the selected "road maps".
