Development of the Project Approach to the Implementation of Internal change IT-projects in the Information Security Company

In a dynamic modern world, companies are forced to change in order to conduct business more effectively and remain competitive in the market. Transformational large-scale changes that affect a large number of stakeholders are more feasible to implement using tools of program management. Program approach allows to manage changes in a complex way, copes better with uncertainty and multitasking. In the practical part of the work, a study was conducted in the information security company. The main prerequisites for the implementation of internal change IT projects were identified, as well as the problems that arise in the implementation process. Based on the results of the study, practical recommendations were developed for the company to implement the program approach taking into account the identified problems.
