Socio-Psychological Determination of Project Management Effectiveness in High Reliability Organizations

Current work is dedicated to the study and identification of socio-psychological determinants of project management reliability. As factors influencing the reliability of projects, the work considers such as group reflexivity, support from superior, organizational collectivism, workplace trust. The first chapter of the study provides an overview of the scientific literature dedicated to the theory of highly reliable organizations, as well as the study of the above mentioned socio- psychological factors. The second chapter includes a description of the research methodology. In the third part statistical processing of data was carried out, including correlation and regression analysis. As a result of the study were established dependencies between the reliability of project management and the factors listed above. Based on the obtained results in the fourth part of the work, recommendations for the manager are formulated, aimed at increasing the level of reliability of the project.
