Teal Organization Paradigm as a Factor of Project Management Effectiveness

Term “Teal organization” was invented in by F. Lalu and describes self-management organization forms. Research shows the impact of teal practices on project result, particularly on the schedule, and bases on some aspects of these factors: project methodology, communications, effectiveness management, wholeness and associates engagement. Data has been collected from two big companies with different sphere and paradigm. Reseach demonstrates an significant connection between the paradigm and project results, and also shows the reasons that stand behind the project effectiveness difference.
