Development of Knowledge Management Infrastructure in the Organization

Nowadays the economy passes to a new development stage – the knowledge economy mentioning in particular a perspective of its management. This tendency is peculiar for the companies working in various spheres, however, the special response is characteristic for the IT. The research consulting organization Gartner Group stated that companies which aren't creating own projects and manage a knowledge management infrastructure will lag behind the competitors in the speed of new products release, services and competitive initiatives. The modern approaches analysis of the knowledge system management and the products applied for this purpose are provided in the current article, to add to this the questionnaire is developed for IT companies to analyze the company knowledge management infrastructure and offer recommendations to approve it. The turned-out results are provided.
