Mowdays, the following trend is observed in the business sector on the territory of the Russian Federation: more and more markets are moving to the life stage of maturity, thereby limiting the players in the number of unreasonable decisions taken. The main problem is that in the conditions of the emerging market, players already do not have such a wide range of tools for shaping or changing the needs of the end user, either in a new or emerging market. The consumer already knows what price he is willing to pay for this or that acquired value. From which follows the need for the formation of a relevant, comprehensive tool that determines the balance of price and value in the eyes of the consumer under certain market conditions. The purpose of this work is to develop an algorithm for pricing that takes into account perceived consumer value and the level of multi-dimentional market competition by the example of a Russian mid-sized company.
