Employee Turnover Reasons in the N Hotel
2018
The master's thesis is devoted to the diagnosis of employee turnover problems in the hotel N, to identify the causes of staff turnover in order to develop practical recommendations for reducing the rate of resignation.

Today the labor market is in great demand for qualified employees, hotel companies are actively fighting for the talents. The hospitality and tourism industry now is one of the fastest growing sectors of the world economy and today it faces with the problem of employee shortages. Since the level of supply in the labor market is large, the hotel industry is distinguished by a high level of employee turnover.

The concepts, types and characteristics of personnel turnover were studied and defined in this work. The problems of personnel turnover in the hospitality industry were indicated and examples of practices with possible solutions and case studies were described.

In the end of the work, the reasons and problem related for employee turnover in hotel N were identified, and as a result, practical recommendations were given to retain employees, increase their loyalty to the company and, in the long term, improve the quality of service.
