Educational Programme: Project Management: Project Analysis, Investments, Implementation Technology (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2018

The master's dissertation is devoted to the study of the influence of the socio-psychological climate in the consulting engineering teams on the achievement of the project objectives. In the theoretical part, the concepts of "socio-psychological climate", "organizational climate", psychological climate, "organizational culture" and differences between them are considered. The role of the socio-psychological climate in interaction with other organizational variables is shown. The problem of lack of scientific information on the relationship between the socio-psychological climate and the results of engineering companies' design activity is shown. A hypothesis has been put forward about the existence of such a connection. The novelty of the work consists in an original approach to the study of the components of the socio-psychological climate - taking into account the specifics of the activities of project teams. The practical significance of the work consists in the proposed approaches to the formation of a comfortable social and psychological climate in the team. Keywords: socio-psychological climate, project management, project team
