Controlling Labor Turnover in the Hotel "X"

This study is devoted to the labour turnover in the F&B department at the hotel "X". In the theoretical part of the master's thesis the basic concepts related to personnel turnover, approaches to the concept, factors and methods were considered. The empirical part of the study includes several stages: the analysis of internal documents, expert interviews and interviewing of employees. 26 employees took part in the survey, 19 of whom worked at the time of the survey and 7 employees who had already retired. According to the results obtained, it was revealed that the main factors affecting staff turnover are: lack of professional growth, which is caused by the absence of specially developed training and training programs, low wages and problems with the selection of candidates. Based on the results, there were highlighted recommendations for managing the turnover of staff of the F & B department at the Hotel X.
