The Job Satisfaction of the Informal Sector Workers

The paper presents an analysis of available research and literature on the concept of job satisfaction. The phenomenon of informal employment and unformed employment in the Russian labor market is also analyzed. On the basis of the secondary analysis of the materials of complex observation of living conditions of the population in 2016, the characteristics of persons involved in informal employment are given. To test hypotheses about the impact of various factors and working conditions on the satisfaction of aspects of workers.
