Transformation of the Enel Russia's Business Model in the Russian Market

This study is devoted to the creation of target business model of PJSC Enel Russia, which will be most relevant to the conditions of the Russian electricity industry in the future. In the work the model of the company's activity in the past time period and at the present time was studied and evaluate its efficiency and competitivenessby analysis of various coefficients and its conformity to the trends in the Russian market. In view of the identified shortcomings and development vectors relevant to the Russian energy sector in the 2020s, a new business model of Enel Russia was created.
