Transformation Processes in Health System: Evolution, Analysis, New Trends

In the framework of the research «Transformation processes in healthcare system: evolution, analysis, new trends» theoretical and legal aspects of the transformation of the Russian Federation’s health system were considered. In the course of the work, an analysis of statistical data was carried out to assess the current situation in the healthcare of the Perm Krai. Within the framework of the work, the directions of transformation processes in the healthcare system were identified, their main advantages and disadvantages were revealed. In addition, the analysis of transformation processes in the health care system was carried out using the example of the Perm Regional Children's Clinical Hospital. The main research instruments: structural and functional and comparative analysis, some expert interviews, questionnaires, examination of documents and reporting of health facilities.

As a result of the study, the problems that arose as a result of the transformation were identified. To solve the problems, directions were identified, mechanisms were identified and an assessment of the expected results was carried out. The developed measures will help reduce the negative consequences of the transformation of the health care system and improve the quality of services provided to citizens.
