Realization of Family Policy in the Russian Federation: a Regional Aspect

At the moment the policy in the Russian Federation is discarded as part of the social or demographic policy of the state. At the Federal level, the basic principles for the implementation of the policy at the regional level are being developed. The policy of Russia is the sum of the subject’s politics. The policy differs in different parameters of the regions: from budget planning to the policy as a whole. The masters of the thesis developed a method of assessing the level of development of the same policy at the regional level on the basis of the selection of promising directions of policy development, as well as the analysis of the experience of subjects in the implementation of the same policy. At the monitoring and research panel of the level of policy development in the Russian Federation, it is possible to identify significant indicators at the present stage of policy implementation both in the region and in the country as a whole. The recommendations developed within the framework of the master's thesis concretize the selected prospects for the development of family policy in the Perm region, aimed at improving quality indicators.
