Evaluation of the Corporate Distance Learning Effectiveness

In recent years, the term «e-learning» is widely used when talking about educational process, including a corporate education. Corporate distance learning (or e-learning) plays a significant role in the corporate culture of many successful companies. With the help of the e-learning, companies found a way to solve two burning problems: upgrade qualification of their staff and reduction of the cost of the learning process.  This paper’s goal is to identify methods which are used in order to analyze the effectiveness of the corporate distance learning at «RusHydro». The main results of the research paper are going to show the process of analysis of the distance learning in the chosen company and conclude the effectiveness of the its evaluation methods (with recommendations, if needed). With the help of interviews, which will be taken from the staff of the chosen company, we will get an actual opinion about the effectiveness of the existing corporate education process.  Keywords: corporate education, e-learning, investment performance, effectiveness.
