Calculation of Teacher's Salary: Theory and Practice

The importance of education in the modern world is quite obvious, but there is no proper attention to the formation of the salaries of teachers in Russia. In the course of the study, an analysis of the mechanism for distributing the incentive fund for teachers' salaries is being made. The problem of the job is to find the answer to the question, is there a universal mechanism for generating income from the purchases of teachers, and how it can be improved? To achieve the objectives of the work the legal framework is analyzed, an overview of foreign methods for the formation of teachers' pay is compiled, as well as the identified features of calculating wages for teachers in the Perm region through pre-trial interviews and a sociological survey. Based on the identified problems in the formation of payment documents in the Perm region, there were sound recommendations for improving the existing systems, proposed measures for their implementation and analyzed the possible effects from their implementation in practice. In case of application of the developed recommendations, the system will become more understandable, objective and fair.
