Models of Personnel Optimization: the Case of a Constraction Company

This study is about an important topic: the correct method of personnel optimization, in particular - staff reduction. The aim of this study is to develop a new effective method of personnel optimization for the "MontazhEnergo" construction company. To achieve this goal, the following research methods have been used: observation; study and analysis of indicators, trends, foreign and Russian scientific literature; methods of comparison, generalization and classification; modeling; as well as the sociological method - questioning. The subject matter of the study focused on personnel of the "MontazhEnergo" construction company, and the scope of the study falls within the personnel optimization process. The practical importance of this research is improving the process of personnel optimization for the real company "MontazhEnergo", as well as any similar construction company, based on analysis, proposals and economically justified recommendations.
