Establishment and Development of Staff Engagement through Psychological Contract

Graduation research work is devoted to studying the development of staff loyalty in the company «Petrozavodskiy khlebokombinat-1» through the mechanisms of the psychological contract. The relevance of this study is that people are the most important resource of any organization. In order for employees to work in the company for as long as possible, it is necessary to create favorable working conditions. The purpose of this work is to consider the formation of staff loyalty through the mechanisms of a psychological contract. To achieve this goal, a number of tasks performed, and the following methods are used analysis of company documentation, method of monitoring, in-depth interviews, and a survey. Based on the results obtained, the type of organizational culture of the company, the level of staff loyalty and the degree of organizational identification revealed. After that, a number of recommendations were proposed. The results obtained can have practical significance for the company «Petrozavodskiy khlebocombinat-1», mainly for the specialist of the personnel department and for the company’s management.
