A commercial company in the modern world strives to build long-term relationships with all interested groups, while acting in the external and internal environment. At the same time, the internal environment of the company consists of its employees, the company's management, and the operating owners, the external one - from customers, partners, suppliers, the state and the society. We find it interesting to analyze this industry in Nizhny Novgorod, and also give recommendations on the emergence of new players on market of jewelry products. Thus, this topic is topical and involves a systematic assessment of the current positioning of modern companies with a view to timely updating and correcting it in order to constantly win their place in the "minds of consumers". The results of the study are applicable to companies that are seeking to enter new markets.
