D.E.Ushakova A student of the 2nd year of the Master's Degree in Economics, Management and Business Informatics, the direction "Information Analytics in Enterprise Management", Department of Information Technologies in Business, 2018. Research topic: "Development of a visual language for business process risk management". The results of the research are designed to create a visual language for managing business process risks. The work is illustrated by an example of risk management of the business process of public procurement. The work includes 67 pages, 16 illustrations, 7 tables and 13 applications.
