Implementation Strategy and Franchising Networks: the Case of Altera LLC Models

Within the framework of the project work, a strategy for the development of the business broker company Altera Invest was created. To date, the company's managers are interested in further development of the franchise model by selling commercial technologies and business models to clients in the M & A sphere. In this block, a feasibility study for the Altera Invest franchise was developed, as well as an algorithm for the transfer of intellectual resources to the new office. In addition to the franchise block, the market analyzed the purchase and sale market for the ready-made business, and also worked out the algorithms for the work of sales managers of the ready-made business, including recommendations for reducing transaction cycles, training methods in the sphere of negotiations, legal issues and Due Diligence.
