In this work, we consider a queueing system with trunk reservation. The properties of this system are investigated using various methods: finding stationary characteristics from the equations of global balance, computer modeling and the asymptotic method. A simulation model of this system is built and implemented in Python. Quality of service parameters are introduced and calculated, an algorithm for their optimization is developed.
