The influence on user is measured by two key metrics – the first one is user’s retention (a number of days till the next ride) and the second one is the probability to leave the service after having a trip with a low qualified driver. The data of aggregator of taxi services has been used. The main patterns of users behavior dependent on the rides frequency is researched in this work& The work provides analysis of driver’s average rating distribution. The drivers were classified and divided into several groups, and then have been analyzed with statistic and econometric methods two answer the main questions of the study. For these groups of drivers the analysis of their work shifts has been done. Furthermore, the probability of making a ride with different kinds of drivers has been searched. The study tries to apply its results to a widen sample of data in an effort to carry out a more complex connection between the quality of the service and user’s behavior
