MVP (Minimal Viable Product) of the Social Internet Planning Platform for the Business Model Choice

Nowadays internet platforms have become more popular among companies and startups, because of their capabilities to increase the effectiveness of working processes. Previously, it was considered that business model of the company defines its products, but it has changed. Company’s products and its early versions, particularly MVP, can influence on the business model choice. The purpose of the research was to identify and explore the connections between minimal viable product of the social internet planning platform and the business model choice. Based on the results of the work, we will find out which parts of the business model are affected and how much. Firstly, this study analyzes the theoretical and practical backgrounds of MVP, social internet planning platform and business model. Secondly, analysis of statistics and reports for identifying successful usage minimal viable product will be conducted. Finally, observing the work of two startups and interviewing their employees will help to find out the features of developing MVP of the social internet planning platform and it’s implementing, how it influenced on the business model choice.
