The theme of the final qualifying work is the strategy of training technological managers at the university. The work is stated on 55 str., Contains 2 images, 4 tables, 21 sources, 1 appendix. The goal is to determine the relevance of the direction of improving the process of training technological managers at the university by the example of the master's program "Management of Research, Development and Innovation in the Company". Object - NRU HSE. Subject - an educational program for the training of technology managers "Management of research, development and innovation in the company." TECHNOLOGICAL MANAGER, INNOVATIVE MANAGER, TRAINING PROCESS, NRU HSE, INNOVATION The result of the final qualifying work was the preparation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the recommendations for improving the training of technological managers at the Higher School of Economics. The recommendation is the following: the conclusion of cooperation agreements with enterprises of different forms of ownership, which have a need for technological managers, drawing up a plan for working with enterprises in the framework of cooperation, identifying the problem, the desired goal, the initial data that can be used to solve this problem, Preparation of working material for training technological managers.
