The diploma is devoted to the analysis of foreign studies and literature on the application of the psychodynamic approach in working with leaders, as well as the study of organizational cases of Executive coaching, as one of the formats of development, using this approach. On the basis of the data obtained, information is systematized and conclusions are drawn about the practical use and application of the psychodynamic paradigm in the work and development of leadership.
