Current Approaches to the Development of a Strategy for Improving the Competiveness of Information Internet Resource in the B2B

The master's thesis is devoted to the study of modern approaches that can be used in the formation of the strategy of increasing the competitiveness of information Internet resources in the field of B2B. The aim of the work is to build a strategy for a large information portal. In the first Chapter, we studied the factors that influence the competitiveness of Internet resources in the digital environment. Also, we analyzed the specifics of work in the field of B2B and made a review of 20 methods of strategy development. The ranking of methods was based on expert interviews with marketing specialists. In the second Chapter, we made the characteristics of the object of research using web Analytics tools and reports of the company. We carried out the market analysis and study and segmentation of portal users by means of Internet survey. In the third Chapter, we developed a strategy for the object of research until 2021, made a forecast of revenue indicators and gave recommendations for the development of the Internet resource.
