Employer Brand Development of GC "LAD"

This study examines the importance of employer brand and its influence on companies success. Employer branding is a new definition, researchers began studying it only in the 1990s, that is why managers in organizations began developing and analyzing it when they face difficulties. GC “Lad” is an organization -1C-enterprise, nowadays, feels the lack of qualified employees and the lack of students which will be interested in company vacancies. This study aims to describe the company recognition among students. A developed questionnaire will be used to collect data about students of Nizhny Novgorod for analyzing the percent of students, who have information about company activities, and the percent of students, who are interested in its vacancies. After data analysis the results of the paper may become a theoretical base for further research to develop other employer aspects.
