Improvement of Warehouse Processes of the Retail Company Labirint

Theme of the thesis is IImprovement of Warehouse Processes of the Retail Company Labirint. The object of the research is the trading company "Labyrinth". The subject of the study is the process of cargo handling in the warehouse. The work is carried out on 98 pages, contains 25 figures, 26 tables, 12 applications, 25 literature sources. The thesis includes the introduction, 3 chapters and the final conclusion. In the introduction, the relevance of the topic is grounded, the goal of writing a thesis project is set, the object and subject of research, tasks are determined. The first chapter contains a description of the focus company. First of all, the place in the market was considered, then the analysis of the financial and economic and logistic activity of the research object was carried out. And, at last, the current process of warehouse cargo processing is considered and the basic problems are revealed. In the second chapter, the principles of lean manufacturing in the organization of the cargo handling process were considered, an algorithm for improving the processing processes of the trading company based on the methods studied The third chapter reflects the implementation of the algorithm developed, as well as the calculation of the economic benefits from the implementation of the proposed activities due to the model of strategic profit. In conclusion, the main conclusions reached in this paper are discussed, the evaluation of the accomplishment of the assigned tasks and goals is carried out.
