In this thesis, the question of improving the business processes of logistics warehousing in the warehouse of the finished product of the manufacturing company is browsed. In work the economic and financial-economic activity of the production company "Mir Vkusa" LLC was analyzed. Bottlenecks in the company's activities were identified, as well as methods for their elimination. Based on the results of the analysis, it was revealed that this warehouse infrastructure presented in the company does not meet the growing requirements of the enterprise, and by this time the warehouse is becoming too "tight" for the company's activities. Such a problem leads to the fact that the percentage of rejects during storage and processing of raw materials and finished products increases, which, obviously, ultimately leads to a decrease in the net profit of the company in several articles. The work also carried out a theoretical review of the literature from authoritative and relevant sources. In the course of the work, the causes of the problem analyzed, as well as the options and ways to solve it, were analyzed. A variant for solving the above problem is the reconstruction of the warehouse, namely, the completion of the necessary additional space. The work took into account the possibilities of the land infrastructure, as well as the specifics of the work and, accordingly, the company's workflow. Expenses related directly to the expansion of the warehouse infrastructure, as well as the company's forthcoming additional fixed costs were also calculated. The economic feasibility of this project is to reduce the costs of writing off damaged raw materials and finished products, which ultimately will lead to an increase in net profit of the company, as well as to the preservation of the constant suppliers and consumers of the production company "Mir Vkusa".
