The development of the infrastructure of the economies of the world and the integration of trade flows lead to transport economic transformations due to the high influence of the industry on the economy of each country, in particular. There is a market decentralization in this sector of the economy, leading to the emergence of many players in the market and a variety of proposals for manufacturing companies. In this paper, the appeal to multimodality as a concept for the development of transport systems will lead to a systemic holistic approach to the organization of cargo transportation, which ultimately in a complex can affect the country's infrastructure and increase the effectiveness of all interrelated spheres. To identify the correlation between the level of development of the logistics transport system at the enterprise and the state of multimodal transport systems, it is necessary to consider the general condition of the transportation system in the production company and highlight the features of functioning in the all-Russian system of multimodal transport systems.
