This graduation qualification work is devoted to the development of an Intelligent system for assessing the cost of the suburban real estate. Author: Popova Anastasia Pavlovna. Faculty: Economics, Management and Business Informatics. 4 year. 4 module. 2018, 55 pages. The first chapter of the work is devoted to the analysis of the subject area: an overview of the main approaches to mass evaluation and the identification of the most accurate method; the formation of a list of parameters that affect the cost. The second chapter of the work is devoted to the development of a neural network: the collection of data and the development of a neural network. The third chapter of the work is devoted to the description of the user interface development process. The fourth chapter of the work is devoted to the market patterns learning.
