The purpose of the work is to create a dedicated data warehouse (DWH), to integrate with the automated system of the bank and on the basis of DWH to automate the process of "CashBack" for one of the marketing campaigns and form a report. The tasks of this work will be: • Create a dedicated data store (DWH) • Integrate and migrate data based on SSIS services. • Create a script for calculating "Cash Back", using T-SQL • Automate the process of calculating «Cash Back» • Create an interactive report based on DWH, using SSRS Microsoft Visual Studio • Conduct a study on the cost-effectiveness of BI systems in a bank. The thesis consists of three chapters, which are aimed at achieving the goal and achieving the objectives. The first chapter describes the "CashBack" service in the bank. It also contains the identification of problems in this process. The second chapter contains a description of the structure of the dedicated storage, the creation of processes for automatic storage loading, and at the end of the chapter shows the implementation of the "CashBack" calculation, using data from the repository. It also created an automatic report based on the Microsoft Visual Studio SSRS service. The third chapter describes the results of changing the "CashBsck" process based on the created storage and BI-systems. It also contains a study of the cost-effectiveness of a new process for the formation of CashBack and BI systems.
