As the comprehensive development and the discovery of new technologies keeps on, the market of high-tech medical equipment is developing very rapidly. The global problems of mankind related to the health of the world population and the desire to improve the quality of life, directly affect this. Factors such as an increase in the world population, an increase in the spread of chronic diseases, an aging population create a demand for new approaches to therapy and treatment. In this regard, the development of health nowadays is a big priority for all states. The main actors in this arena are large corporations which create the new products for the health sector. The driver of continuous improvement of these products is a constant competitiion in the market between these corporations, therefore the effective organization of activities within the company and the improvement of approaches to interaction with customers is the most important task for the management of any participant in this market.
