Supplier Interaction Revision in Order to Increase Logistics Service Level in a Manufacturing Company

The aim of this work is to increase manufacturing company's logistics service level through transformation of its relationship with suppliers. In this work the company's activities are analyzed, its main problem is identified and, based on professional literature analysis, steps to change principles of interacting with suppliers and, as a result, to improve the logistics service level are proposed.
