The object of the development in this graduate qualification work is the automated information system for employee motivation. The purpose of this work is to create an automated system that includes data storage, processing and visualization modules and uses modern forecasting methods. The result of the work is the automated employee motivation system, which includes the distributed database, the data processing model based on machine learning and special tool for visualization and analytical processing. Explanatory note to this work contains 50 pages. It provides 17 illustrations and 3 tables. 14 information sources were used in this paper.
