Description of State Activities in Dynamic Models of General Equilibrium

In this paper the activity of the government in dynamic models of general equilibrium is described. The author proposes a unique modification of the consumer's task within the framework of the model with government consumption. The models of the real and financial sector of intertemporal equilibrium of three agents (proprietor-consumer, firm-producer, the government) are considered. It is shown analytically how the impact of public consumption can lead to an effective equilibrium.
