Methods to Regional Healthcare System Efficiency Measurement

This work is aimed at comparative analysis of international and domestic experience in assessing the effectiveness of regional health systems. The study also touches upon the question of the applicability of these methods in the context of the Russian political, social and economic systems, which are characterized by instability and regional specifics. In addition, several attempts have been made to measure the effectiveness of regional health systems based on these methods, the advantages and disadvantages of using analysis systems are reflected. The measurement affects not only the issue of distribution of funds in the health system, but also key factors and characteristics of the health status of the population that affect budget planning.
