Outsourcing of Logistics Services by the example of the Company Allodis LLC

In my thesis, I raise the problem of the economic feasibility of the company transferring one or more logistics functions to outsourcing. To begin with, I was considered how the company functions, its organizational structure. Then, problems were identified that were associated with the lack of a planning and inventory department, which leads to conflict situations, as well as an uncontrolled increase in inventory levels, as a consequence, the freezing of significant funds in stocks that the company could use for other purposes . Next, a stock management model was proposed, which is a fixed order size. This was done in order to reduce the level of the maximum stock in the warehouse and to introduce a continuous inventory of stock in the warehouse. Then, I looked at how the company functions, through financial indicators. For this purpose, the profit and loss statement and the balance sheet were unloaded. This information was processed, recommendations were given, which were confirmed by economic calculations.
