Analysis and Improvement of the Company’s Development Strategy: the Case of AIESEC in Nizhny Novgorod

The relevance of this work is due to the need for strategic planning for the effective management of the organization. The object of this study is the current development strategy of the organization AIESEC in Nizhny Novgorod.

The subject of our study is the effectiveness of this strategy for the development of the organization.

The aim of this work is to develop recommendations for the improvement of this strategy of the Association AIESEC in Nizhny Novgorod.

The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The first Chapter describes the theoretical foundations of the concept of strategic management and review of methods of development strategy. In the second Chapter, a practical study is carried out, including an assessment of the financial condition, competitive analysis and evaluation of this strategy of the organization under study. The third Chapter provides recommendations for improving this strategy of the organization under consideration.
