Implementation of the Project to Control Logistics Service Quality in a Do It Yourself Retail Network Company

Improving logistics services has become a priority strategy for many companies. The logistics service is often considered as a general indicator in the supply chain, although this indicator is designed to assess the quality of services at each stage of the supply chain. The logistics service is a part of the customer service process and it is usually viewed by companies as an indicator of the quality of deliveries to customers, which in essence is a reflection of the work of all links in the supply chain, so the quality of the logistics service should be considered at each stage of material flow. The general purpose of this project is the assessing the impact of indicators of the level of logistics services for business performance.
