National Peculiarities of Organizational Culture (on the Example of Chinese Companies)

In this paper, the characteristics of the organizational cultures of China and Russia are considered. A large number of Russian-Chinese enterprises operate on the territory of the Russian Federation, while the number of these companies is growing every year with the strengthening of cooperation between the two countries. In Russian-Chinese enterprises, the study of the mechanisms of organizational culture of employees is particularly interesting, due to the linguistic, cultural and organizational differences between the two countries. The paper describes the organizational culture of Multitechnology LLC and specifics of the organizational culture of its Chinese partner companies that exert influence on it. The main goal of the study is the development of proposals for the improvement of this system, taking into account the national characteristics of partner enterprises. It examines the theoretical aspects of the formation of organizational culture, examines and compares various typologies of the OC, and special attention is paid to the influence of national culture on the characteristics of organizational behavior. In the framework of the study, the organization's activities were analyzed, its general characteristics were given, its organizational culture was diagnosed, and the areas of shared and unseparated vision of the desired type of OK for different categories of personnel were delineated. Also, based on the analysis, it is proposed to consider author's recommendations for improving the organizational culture of the organization under study.
