Ways of Improving Logistics Activity: a Case of Online Retail Enterprise

This paper describes an academic project that will aim to improve logistic support of an online retailer, using the following methods: Strengths-Weakness-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) analysis, Financial analysis, Mckinsey’s 7s and Event-driven Process Chain (EPC) model. Based on the methods mentioned above, a list of recommendations will be developed aimed to improve the logistics support of an online retailer. The proposal consists of introduction to the study, literature review, methodology, results anticipated and conclusion.
