Car Wash Order Reception, Processing and Optimization Information System Development

This work is devoted to the development of an information system for the automation of business processes of a company that provides services for a mobile car wash. The work consists of four chapters: analytical review, system design, system development, system testing. The first chapter describes the analysis of the company's business processes, the analysis of existing solutions, the definition of system requirements and the feasibility study for the development of the system. The chapter "System Design" contains use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, database diagram, and description of selected tools and development technologies. The chapter "System Development" describes the implementation of the server WCF-application and two Android-applications: for customers and for employees of the company. The last chapter describes the process of testing the system. The work takes 42 pages, contains 21 images, 7 tables and 7 applications.
